Hey, y’all, What’s up? The call script scenario for the day is all about real estate cold calling and the first task is all about setting an appointment with the customer. Let’s see how.

Call Scenario: Imagine a situation that you have got an opportunity to work in a real estate company and your current task is to make cold calls to customers where you need to set an appointment in generating leads to buy or sell the property. Here it goes.

You: Hello, is this Mr. Ram Gopal? Hey, Mr. Ram Gopal, this is James with (your company). How are you today?

Customer: __________

You: That’s good. Me too. Well, I don’t want to take up too much of your time today, just want to know if there was anything I could do with regard to buying or selling a house for you?

(If they say yes, follow-up and make a deal happen).

Customer: Yes, I am looking to sell my house.

You: That’s great Mr.Ram. I will take this seriously and I see that your property will be sold at the highest price in the shortest time frame. Let me schedule a time convenient for you and look at the house to see if it would work for any of our clients.

Customer: Yes, sure.

You: That’s great. Before I meet you, I have some questions for you. Do you have a few minutes?

Customer: __

You: What is the reason for selling the property?

Customer:__

You: So at what price do you want to sell your home for?

Customer: _

You: How did you determine that price?

Customer: _____

You: That’s fine. Mr.Ram Gopal. Shall we meet this evening at four and go over a price evaluation for your property? Will that time convenient for you?

Customer: Sure.

You: Thank you so much Mr.Ram for taking the time to speak with me today. Have a great day!

(If they say No, Below is the script).

You: Hello, is this Mr Ram Gopal? Hey, Mr Ram Gopal, this is James with (your company). How are you today?

You: That’s good. Me too. Well, I don’t want to take up too much of your time today, just want to know if there was anything I could do with regard to buying or selling a house for you?

Customer: Sorry, not at this time.

You: Ok, well one day if you want to buy or sell, and I want to be your resource for everything real estate related. Would it be ok if we stayed in touch?

Customer: Yes. Sure.

You: Great! What is your email address?

Customer: __

You: Awesome. Thanks so much. I look forward to speaking again soon! Have a great day!
